  1. I am 28 weeks and just was diagnosed with GD. I am so worried and so upset. My midwife said I should hear from the GD clinic soon, but till then I am stressing so hard about what to eat! Help me!! I already eat a very low carb diet! And I am so scared of having a huge baby. What amount of carbs should I shoot for? Is this a late diagnosis and is my baby already affected and too big?! So scared.
