You’re tired of struggling with your weight.
Your jeans are too tight, your shirts cling in the wrong places, and you dread getting dressed every morning.
Maybe you started taking Pilates classes because everyone said “Pilates will give you long, lean muscles”. It’s been months (maybe years) and although you are stronger, you’re still waiting for the ‘long & lean’ part of the equation.
But, no matter how many teasers you do and miles you run, the scale just. won’t. budge. Maybe you have 10 pounds to lose or maybe it’s 50+.
Either way, you’ve decided that enough is enough.
It’s not as if you haven’t tried.
You’ve been on diet after diet, only to lose a few pounds and gain it back (plus some).
Maybe you’ve counted calories or points, added more exercise, or even tried a juice cleanse hoping to drop the weight quickly. Whatever you’ve tried, one thing’s for sure: depriving yourself doesn’t last long.
You’ve decided that thin people just have incredible willpower (and no taste buds). It seems like the only way to lose weight is starve…
You’re tired of chasing the elusive numbers on the scale with deprivation diets and killer workouts.
I’m here to tell you that losing weight doesn’t have to be miserable.
I help frustrated dieters lose weight and transform their bodies while indulging in nourishing, satisfying food.
I want you to know that you can
- lose weight while eating yummy food
- drop inches without counting every morsel that goes in your mouth
- love the gorgeous body you were born with
It might sound crazy, but it’s true.
Depriving yourself of food you love always backfires. So when you turn the usual weight loss equation upside down, ditch the dieting mentality, and embrace mindful eating and real food, amazing things happen.
- “Muffin tops” melt away
- Weight loss is easy
- Cravings for sweets and junk food wane
Sound good, right? Check out these happy campers:
I’ve spent a lot of money on juice cleanses, trainers, gym/Pilates memberships, and other health related items. I always end up where I started, but with less dough in my bank account. Finally I made an investment in my health that paid off.
Working with Lily was enlightening and liberating; I’m learning to listen to my body and I feel empowered moving forward with my body as an ally rather than something I felt anger, frustration and shame about. After just a month working together, my skin looks better, my weight went down, and I have more energy in the morning.
There is a lot of stress associated with my career, which is mostly out of my control, but you gave me skills moving forward to manage my stress and better react to it.

Before seeing Lily, I felt like I had to count every calorie, weigh and measure all of my food intake to maintain my weight. Lily helped me gain freedom in my eating habits by listening and trusting the cues my body gives me. She showed me how to use food to sustain my energy levels throughout my intense workouts, replacing my body with what it needs. You can read all the books you want, but all that knowledge doesn’t make a difference if you don’t know how to apply it. I’m so grateful to Lily for her guidance and wisdom.
– C. S., Pilates Instructor
Lily’s a believer in EATING, not starving yourself. Also, she is not a vegan, or vegetarian, so you don’t have to worry about her convincing you to not eat meat. In case you don’t know I have lost 7 lbs by applying what I have learned from Lily and I have changed my eating habits drastically.
– Marie Reynoso, Pilates Instructor and Studio Owner, Los Angeles, CA
After years of hearing my Pilates clients and fellow Pilates Instructors complain about their weight, I decided to put my training as a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist to good use and started creating custom nutrition programs for my clients.
I know what exercise can do for your body and what it can’t do.
You can do hours and hours of Pilates, but if you don’t know how to eat, you’ll never see results (and I’m not talking about living off green juice + low fat tofu stir frys. Yuck!)
When you learn the truth about healthy foods and let go of outdated nutrition dogma, eating becomes easy and the weight effortlessly comes off.
The truth is, losing weight and keeping it off is about enjoying what you eat and paying attention to your body, not punishing it with diet foods and extreme workouts.
When you apply the same body awareness principles of Pilates to the way you eat, great things happen.
How it works.
Just like you’ve noticed with Pilates, change doesn’t happen overnight. It’s about consistent and focused practice. It’s about getting in touch with what your body needs, rather than listening to someone else. And, when you’re having a bad week, it’s about riding it out and doing the best you can. With that in mind, I require a 2 month commitment for new clients, because it’s not just about knowing what to do, it’s about actually doing it.
90 minute initial consultation. Let’s dig into the details! I need to know more about you, not just your medical history and all the numbers, but your favorite foods and biggest health challenges. We’ll cover:
- Nutrition and weight loss myths (there are many)
- Review of your 3 day food record and identify key changes to make
- Lifestyle factors that are preventing you from losing weight (and how to fix ‘em)
- Meal/snack ideas based on your food preferences to put you on the fast track for weight loss (and ones you’ll actually want to eat)
While we cover a lot in this visit, I’ll make sure you walk away with clear action steps to take before your first follow up.
Consult 2 (60 minutes; one week after initial consultation) The first week is a period of transition. You are a question machine (as you should be!), so we’ll get them all answered, review your progress, and keep you moving forward on your goals. Most likely, we’ll come up with new action steps to take before your next follow up appointment.
Consults 3-5 (60 minutes; ~ every 2 weeks) By now you’ve made some major breakthroughs. We’ll assess your progress and make adjustments to your plan to optimize weight loss and set you up for long-term success. Beyond that, you set the agenda for the visit. You might want to spend the time planning nourishing meals, discussing modifying recipes to make them healthier, simplifying your grocery shopping, or altering your workout routine to support your body transformation.
Email support + Weekly review of your food diary. To support you with your goals, I review your food diary each week. I’m not in the business of playing food police, but my years as a nutritionist have taught me that staying accountable between visits is key to your success.
In addition to the above, I have 2 special bonuses that I have created just for you:
BONUS #1: Lily’s Nutrition Cheat Sheet. This mini-guide covers the top 6 things you need to know about losing weight with real food & tackles some common nutrition myths that have likely kept you from achieving health and weight goals.
BONUS #2 Label Reading Cheat Sheet. Most people are shocked when I tell them how much I ignore on nutrition labels. So what do I look at? This handout tells you what to pay attention to and what to ignore, so you don’t waste time reading and calculating things that don’t matter.
Your investment: $1895
I’m finally losing the weight I’ve tried to lose for the last 5 ½ years while eating food I actually like. If you told me this was possible just 2 months ago, I would have laughed in your face and driven straight to the donut shop.
– Deirdre N., Financial Advisor
I originally reached out to Lily because I had developed a ring of stomach fat that I never had before even though my diet had not changed. I felt bloated every morning, and my weight went from 112 to 120 lbs in around 8-10 months.
Since working with Lily, my bloating has disappeared, I feel more satisfied after my meals, I have so much energy, and I’ve dropped down to my goal weight.
At first I wasn’t sure if I needed a dietitian/nutritionist and was hesitant about the cost, but I can’t believe how much I accomplished and learned in just 3 sessions. Everything I thought I needed to do to lose weight, I don’t and almost everything I thought was healthy is not. I now know I don’t have to go without or go hungry to lose weight.
The process of keeping a daily food diary was eye opening and Lily’s knowledge about how certain foods break down in the body, how to decipher food labels, and listen to my body was very helpful. In each session, I really felt that she was listening to me and that her responses were tailored toward my specific issues. No boiler plate stuff. 🙂

When Lily first told me to stop counting calories, I resisted. Hard. I thought I was gonna gain even more weight, but using the tips and tricks she taught me I ended up losing 10 pounds in our first month working together. I feel like food doesn’t control my life anymore, I don’t get the mid-morning sugar cravings or the 2pm crash. My productivity at work is better and I don’t feel like a slave to the gym. I actually want to work out, but I don’t push myself too hard. I thought I had to starve on that 1200 calorie diet forever and I’m so happy to say I was dead wrong.

So, are you ready to get that Pilates body you’ve been after?
In my years of helping chronic dieters lose the weight and keep it off, I know that sustainable weight loss is possible for you.
Imagine dropping inches without feeling deprived and without spending any more time in the gym.
Imagine actually enjoying your food and not having insatiable food cravings.
Imagine the scale reflecting all that hard work you put in at the Pilates studio.
Let’s make it a reality.
I’d love to work with you if:
- Your health is a priority in your life
- You believe healthy food should taste good
- You’re ready to ditch counting calories and embrace a new way of eating (You hate “meal plans” as much as I do. You want to eat what you’re in the mood for and not gain weight.)
- You’re willing to pay close attention to how your body feels before & after eating
- You don’t give up easily, even when things are difficult. You are goal-oriented
- You want support to stay on track
We’re not the right fit if:
- You don’t see the value in investing in your own health. You’d rather take a pill to fix your problems
- You think your diet has nothing to do with your weight
- You’re not interested in changing the way you eat. You’d rather “work it off” at the gym.
You’re here because you’re ready to drop inches from your waistline, lose the muffin top, and love your body.
What you’re doing is not working and deep down, you know there must be a way to lose weight without depriving yourself. I want you to experience for yourself how losing weight doesn’t have to come at the expense of having a life and enjoying food.
So Let’s Work Together
I’m here to support you on the journey to getting the body you strive for (hello, Pilates body!) and make that journey a heck of a lot shorter.
Before we begin, I want to make sure we’re a good fit. After all, it’s YOU who will be leading the way on this journey, and YOU who will be putting in the hard work.
That’s why I want to talk to you before you hit the payment button. I need to make sure you’re just as excited about this as I am.
So before you sign up for anything, we need to talk!
