You’re pregnant and want the best for your baby.
Maybe you’re a health conscious person who already chooses nourishing foods. OR perhaps you’ve always wanted to eat healthier and exercise more but life (and maybe a candy bar or two) keep getting in the way.
Now that you’re pregnant, you don’t want to take any risks. You want to do everything you can to make this a healthy pregnancy – for you and the baby.
So where do you start?
You’ve been scouring the internet, reading about what to eat and what not to eat. But the more you read, the more confused you get. And your doctor didn’t give you much specific advice beyond “eat healthy.”
So who do you believe?
- Eat more eggs. Don’t eat eggs.
- Drink more milk, but don’t eat cheese.
- Go gluten-free.
- Whatever you do, don’t eat peanuts!
- Don’t eat spicy foods.
- Stop eating fish, but get enough omega-3s.
- No coffee. Some coffee. Only decaf coffee.
- Exercise, but not too hard. Walk, don’t run.
That’s why you’re here.
You know you need to get enough nutrients while pregnant (like folate) and you want to be proactive but it’s hard to sort through everything without going into information overload!
You’ve come to the right place!
Prenatal nutrition doesn’t need to be so confusing.
You can do more (a lot more) to ensure a healthy baby than just taking a prenatal vitamin.
And you can avoid pregnancy complications, like gestational diabetes, by making smart food choices (that just so happen to taste good, too)!
You know there are no “do-overs” with a pregnancy.
You can’t rewind the clock and eat more spinach 3 months ago. Or go back and cut out sugary cereal.
You have this one chance to grow a healthy baby and you want to give your baby the best start.
So let’s end your stress and anxiety and make this the healthiest pregnancy possible!
My approach is simple.
I help expecting moms grow a healthy baby while eating foods they love.
Good food makes all the difference.
As a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator who specializes in prenatal nutrition and gestational diabetes, I’ve supported hundreds of women on this roller coaster we call pregnancy, and like those I have helped, I know you can have a healthy pregnancy while eating and exercising in a way that feels good.

Let’s make this easy (and tasty)!
- Imagine having peace of mind about what to eat.
- Imagine knowing that you are doing everything in your power to nourish your baby and protect against complications.
- Imagine a way of eating that doesn’t require deprivation or counting calories; where listening to your body is encouraged, not ignored.
- Imagine finding healthy ways to add movement to your routine that will keep you flexible, strong, and prepare you for labor.
- Imagine gaining the perfect amount of weight by the end of your pregnancy and knowing what to do to lose it easily postpartum.
It’s within your power to have a healthy, happy baby and still enjoy your pregnancy.
Are we speaking the same language or what?
When you’re pregnant, the last thing you need is more advice. Everyone has an opinion. But Lily has a calm way of approaching food. She made me want to eat healthier and helped me find the ways to do it. I’m a busy working mom, so I can’t always cook from scratch, so she helped me plan out quick, nutritious meals that don’t take hours in the kitchen.
With her long-term support, I stayed on track, had no complications, and gained a healthy 28 pounds. Without her, I probably would have gained 50+ and had gestational diabetes, like my sister and mom.

I used to be so confused and stressed out by all the advice about what to eat (and avoid) while pregnant. My friends and family just got me more unsure of myself. That’s when I decided I needed guidance. I’m so glad I followed through and met with Lily. It all seems so easy now! I had no idea I could still enjoy much of the same foods with no risk to my baby. I also had a major epiphany during our meeting as well. A habit that I always thought was healthy was actually preventing me from getting key nutrients for my baby’s brain development. I’ll be meeting with Lily a few more times during my pregnancy to make sure I’m on track. I can’t wait to see the smiling face of my healthy baby.

Here’s how it works.
Change doesn’t happen overnight and let’s be honest, pregnancy is a bit of a roller coaster (if you haven’t already noticed). What works for you at 9 weeks might not work at 29 weeks. Plus there are ever-changing nutritional requirements as your pregnancy progresses (that your doctor might not know about).
With that in mind, I require a 2 month commitment for new clients (because it’s not just about knowing what to do, it’s about actually doing it).
90 minute initial consultation. Let’s dig into the details! I need to know more about you, not just your medical history and all the numbers, but your favorite foods, biggest health challenges, and fears about this pregnancy. We’ll cover:
- Prenatal nutrition requirements
- Pregnancy myths (there are many)
- How to manage common complaints (like nausea or constipation)
- Safe exercise for your stage in pregnancy (it changes month by month)
- Review of your 3 day food record and key changes to make
- Discuss weight gain goals
While we cover a lot in this visit, I’ll make sure you walk away with clear action steps to take before your first follow up.
Consult 2 (60 minutes; one week after initial consultation). The first week is a period of transition. You are a question machine (as you should be!), so we’ll get them all answered, review your progress, and keep you moving forward on your healthy pregnancy journey. We’ll come up with new action steps to take before your next follow up appointment.
Consults 3-5 (60 minutes; spaced 2 weeks apart). At each visit, we’ll review your goals and assess progress. No two visits are the same and I’m as much a medical voice of reason as I am an emotional support system.
Based on your gestational age (how many weeks along you are), I help you adjust your diet to optimize nutrition for your baby. I can also help you understand when certain tests will be run (like screening for gestational diabetes), so you know what to expect at your check-ups.
Beyond that, you set the agenda for our visit. You might want to spend the time planning nourishing meals, discussing modifying recipes to make them healthier, simplifying your grocery shopping, or altering your workout routine to be both safe and supportive to a healthy pregnancy.
Email support through weekly review of your food diary. You’re encouraged to email your food diary each week, so I can support you with your goals. I’m not in the business of playing food police, but my years as a prenatal nutritionist have taught me that staying accountable between visits is key to your success.
In addition to the above, you’ll get this bonus:
BONUS: Prenatal Nutrition Survival Guide. There is so much misinformation out there about prenatal nutrition. This comprehensive handout give you accurate information, including the key foods you need for your baby (and why), what foods to eat more of, what foods to avoid or limit (like how much caffeine you can have and what types of fish are safe), why “eating for two” is a total myth, and safe exercises during pregnancy.

Lily is the best. She makes you feel comfortable sharing what’s bugging you and has helpful suggestions. I felt nauseous all through my first and second trimester and without Lily, I probably would have lived on ice cream and popsicles. She helped me keep my nutrition up even when I could barely eat.
At one point, my doctor wanted to put me on anti-nausea medication, but using her tips, I was able keep food down and gain weight normally so I never needed them. Happy to say my daughter is perfectly healthy and hasn’t been sick once!

With my first pregnancy I had no energy, but this time everything is different. I know each pregnancy has its own personality, but I feel a big part of me feeling so good is that I’m eating good food and exercising. Lily explains everything really well and you can tell she really cares about your health. She goes above and beyond the typical nutritionist in my opinion (at least compared to the nutritionist in my doctor’s office). Thanks to Lily, I’ve not only made lifestyle changes, but I’ve had the support to keep it up and I know I wouldn’t have been able to do that on my own.

Are you ready to invest in YOU and your baby?
After years of counseling pregnant women, I know the key to a healthy pregnancy is having a reliable support system in place to help you consistently make the right choices. I’m not just a nutritionist, but a shoulder to cry on and a friend to laugh with. I’m your confidante. I help you choose sustainable goals and I help you figure out a way to stick with them.
You can buy 5 more baby books that contradict each other (and that honestly, you don’t have the time to read). Or you can have an expert at your side to sort it out quickly and tell you what works and what doesn’t.
You can spend your days anxiously wondering if you’re doing the right thing, worrying if everything is ok. Or you can choose to go through your pregnancy with the peace of mind that you’re doing everything right.
You can choose to spend half a grand on a fancy baby stroller that you don’t need. Or you can choose to invest that money in your baby’s development.
The choice is yours.
I’d love to work with you if:
- Your baby’s health is your #1 priority
- You’re ready and willing to make better food choices, you just need to know what to do
- You read a lot of prenatal blogs with conflicting advice and you want an expert to sort through what’s true and what’s urban myth
- You want to do everything you can to avoid prenatal complications like gestational diabetes, high blood pressure, and preeclampsia
- You’re tired of feeling anxious about what to eat. You want to feel confident in meeting 100% of your baby’s nutrient needs (’cause despite what that brochure says, you don’t believe a prenatal vitamin gives you everything. Smarty pants…)
- You want support making changes and sticking to them, someone to check in with and ensure you’re on track.
We’re not the right fit if:
- You’d rather take a pill than eat healthier
- You aren’t willing to cook (or at least learn to cook) any of your own meals
- You don’t see the value in seeking expert advice. You trust blogs more than medical professionals
- You are strictly vegan and unwilling to add in any animal foods, not even eggs (for liability reasons and based on current scientific evidence, I cannot ethically endorse a 100% vegan diet for expecting moms)
You’re here because you’re motivated to eat right while pregnant and to nourish your child.
Deep down, you know that this pregnancy is something you can handle with the right information and support.
So Let’s Work Together!
Before we begin, I want to make sure that we are the right fit and that we both share the same passion to you having the healthiest pregnancy and baby possible! After all, it’s YOU who will be leading the way on this journey and YOU who will be putting in the hard work.
That’s why I want to talk to you before you hit the payment button. I need to make sure you’re just as committed as I am.
So before you sign up for anything, we need to talk!
